Ron Farmer
President, Campus Solutions

Ron Farmer is the President of Campus Solutions, which is comprised of Heartland ECSI, Heartland OneCard, Heartland Billing Solutions and TouchNet+Heartland. Since 2007, when Ron began as Executive Director of Campus Solutions and MicroPayments, the division has grown from 25 employees to more than 480 employees. During that time, Ron has overseen five acquisitions. Before Heartland, Ron served as CEO of Revenue Technologies, a price management software company that was acquired by Oracle in 2007. From 1995 to 2000, he served as President of Debitek, the company that is now known as Heartland MicroPayments. Ron began his career first at AT&T, and then at Oracle. At Oracle, he held numerous positions, including Group Director of the Pharmaceuticals Vertical Industry practice. Ron received an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the world’s greatest institution of higher learning – Virginia Tech.

Eric Ives
Senior Director, Servicing Operations

Eric Ives was recently promoted to Senior Director of Servicing Operations. n this role, Eric is responsible for the oversight, performance, and delivery of all Heartland ECSI products. Eric has been with Heartland ECSI for 15 years and brings a wealth of industry knowledge. He has held multiple roles within the company including information technology, customer service management, and product development. Through Eric’s experience and extensive knowledge, he is able to ensure optimal performance across the company.

Tracy Schumann
Senior Director, ECSI Sales

Tracy Schumann has been a key player with Heartland ECSI since 2002. As the Senior Director of Sales, he is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day sales strategy and execution, establishing new client relationships and expanding the current client base. With 20+ years of sales experience, he manages the entire Heartland ECSI Sales Team. Before joining Heartland ECSI, he was a President’s Club, award-winning, Area District Manager & Sales Training Manager with Automatic Data Processing (NASDAQ: ADP.) Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Lori Carbonara
Senior Director, Product Management & Marketing

Lori Carbonara oversees product management and marketing at Heartland ECSI. In her role, Lori is responsible for managing product strategy, marketing strategy, and supporting the organization in the development and enhancement of new products and features. With 25+ years of product and marketing experience, Lori brings the expertise necessary to oversee product strategy that meets Heartland ECSI's goals and objectives.
