November 10,2015 | Christopher Sebes Named Head of Heartland Commerce

 

Heartland Payment Systems (NYSE: HPY), one of the nation’s largest payment processors, today announced Christopher Sebes has been promoted to executive vice president and will serve as head of Heartland Commerce, a business group formed in February 2015 to help Heartland strengthen its position in hospitality and retail point-of-sale (POS) markets. Additionally, Jeremy Grunzweig joins the company in the newly formed role of senior vice president for the retail division of Heartland Commerce, reporting to Sebes.

October 30,2015 | Heartland Acquires Digital Dining

 

Heartland Payment Systems (NYSE: HPY), one of the nation’s largest payment processors, today announced it has acquired privately held Digital Dining, a provider of restaurant point-of-sale (POS) and management systems throughout the United States. The acquisition allows Heartland to help restaurants turn their POS system into a secure commerce center as it collaborates with other operations including payroll, marketing and loyalty programs.

September 17,2015 | WAICU, Heartland Forge New One Card Program

 

The Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities, or WAICU for short, recently announced a new program that is set to provide its member institutions with a fully delivered one card solution. Central to the contract is Heartland Campus Solutions, who will provide its Heartland One Card software, hardware, and maintenance at significant savings to any WAICU members that select Heartland as its card system provider.

August 10, 2015 | Heartland CEO to Give Keynote at the 2015 Mobile Payments Conference

 

Heartland Chairman and CEO Robert O. Carr believes better collaboration on open technology platforms, which allows different players to build mobile payment applications more easily, is the key to breaking out of the competitive logjam for mobile wallet developers.
